Join your organization
- Open the invitation sent by your Kestrel One administrator.
- Sign in, or create a Kestrel One account with the exact email address that received the invitation. Kestrel One account creation is invitation-only.
- Review the organization and role, then choose Join organization.
- Kestrel One activates that organization and opens its welcome screen. Start a standalone Thread when the organization is ready.
An organization invitation grants access to that organization only. It does not automatically add you to private Projects; a Project owner can add you when the work requires it.
Create the first Thread
Create a standalone Thread, choose an available model, and ask a small question. When the response finishes, review the answer and its status. The Thread keeps the history needed to continue later.
Let a teammate continue
Ask another organization member to open the Thread. For ongoing work with shared files or instructions, move the next task into a Project rather than copying the transcript into a new conversation. The Apps catalog shows which capabilities are available to that work.
If the invitation was sent to another email address, sign out and use the invited account. If an invitation has expired or was revoked, ask an organization owner or admin to send a new one. If you cannot start a Thread because the organization is not ready, contact an owner or admin rather than entering provider credentials in the browser.
